Yoga was not meant for monks in the mountains. It was meant for householders — the workers, the parents, the everyday warriors of life.

No school teaches us to be happy and healthy. No institute teaches us to be balanced in mind, body, and spirit. Geet Yoga & Fitness Academy is that life-school — where techniques become secondary to the deeper transformation of values, habits, and attitudes.

"Yogic living re-establishes the homeostatic balance — and healing becomes a natural consequence."
